This particular condition allows us to obtain very aromatic wines with very good acidity. The wines are the living embodiment of fresh fruit.<\/p>\n<p>This zone, one of the most renowned and traditional in Chile, has flat soils, alluvial in origin and rocky, suited for both red and white grapes.<\/p>\n<p>From this vineyard we obtain the grapes for our Santa Ema Gran Reserva Merlot. The wine is known for its fresh fruit together with notes from the oak, like chocolate, vanilla, and caramel. The wine transcends generations and cultures, and today is one of the best and most important Merlots in Chile, receiving important international recognition.<\/p>\n<p>Varieties: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Peral Estate, 45 hectares.
